Mailis Reps

Mailis Reps is the Minister of Education and Research of the Republic of Estonia. She is a member of the Estonian Centre Party. From 2000 to 2009, she lectured on European and International Law and on International and Comparative Law at Riga Graduate School of Law. She studied law at Nord University, Norway and the Central European University, Budapest, and European Public Relations at Maastricht University, Netherlands.
