How can you make students fans and ambassadors of your educational organisation?
Markteffect is a market research agency with a lot of experience in conducting research in both the Dutch as well as the international educational market. During a 55 minute session Markteffect’s research manager, Danny Meulenbroeks, will present results of a study in which students were asked how educational organisations can make fans of their students. Results have been used by dozens of educational organizations in the Netherlands to increase student satisfaction and increase lifetime student loyalty. The session will consist of a brief presentation of the results after which a brainstorm is held to inspire each other with ideas and methods to increase the loyalty and satisfaction of students.
