How can we make sure that we are best equipped for the future? Entrepreneurship has been identified by the European Union as one of the key competences that will enable all citizens to adapt and thrive in our changing society and world of work. This workshop will guide you through a reflection on how to approach entrepreneurial skills, and how to get started on using the Entrepreneurship competence framework, also known as, “EntreComp”, in your organization. What are your own experiences of supporting entrepreneurial skills development: what works? What are the challenges?
