The second day we conclude with a visit to the Bierfabriek Amsterdam. This place in the heart of Amsterdam is a brewery and restaurant in one, accommodated in a cosy no nonsense building. They brew their own beer and serve Burgundian dishes. In the Netherlands they are world famous for their signature dish: the delightfully grilled chicken on a charcoal BBQ.
It is a place where you as a visitor feel at home immediately. You are allowed to pull your own beer, eat the chicken with your hands and throw the peeled peanuts on the ground. But there is of course also cutlery available as you whish.
