Manuela Geleng

Manuela Geleng is Director for Skills at the Directorate-General for Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion, European Commission where she is responsible for implementing its skills agenda. She develops tools, such as the European Qualification Framework, policy processes related to vocational and educational training (VET) and coordinates the Task Force on migrants and refugees. She has worked as a management consultant and for the United Nations Development Programme. She holds an MSc in Financial Economics from the University of London and a Master in Public Administration and Management from the Solvay Business School.
