Abdelaziz Jaouani

Abdelaziz Jaouani is a senior expert on human capital development at the European Training Foundation. He has over 30 years experience as a teacher and director of VET and higher education schools as well as managing structuring reform programmes. Aziz has also been an entrepreneur in the textile and clothing sector. A graduate engineer from the Ecole Supérieure des Industries Textiles, Lyon, France, he also holds a Master of Sciences from the Mohammed V University of Oujda, Morocco.
