Boris Arseev

Boris Arseev is in charge of implementing the Rosatom globalization strategy, driving growth and promoting new products on global markets. Since 2017 Rosatom has started producing wind generators setting up a joint venture “RedWind”. Rosatom as the key domestic producer of CO2-free energy has all the resources and competencies necessary to show strong performance on the market, which is new for the company. Mr. Boris Arseev is playing an important role in developing new competencies and supporting international cooperation within the green energy project. Boris Arseev has graduated from the Ural Federal University in Yekaterinburg, Russia, and holds a degree in Metallurgy Engineering & PhD in Technical Sciences. He has an Executive MBA in “Strategic Management” of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.
