Carla De Bona
UX Designer and Co-Founder, {reprograma}, Brazil
Carla De Bona is a designer with an M.S. in Communication and Semiotics and a speaker with more than 12 years of experience. A consultant for sprint design and UX/UI design projects in companies and startups, she also mentors startups. She is a professor of IED postgraduate studies and the FIAP MBA, and teaches at a UX bootcamp. In 2007, she won second place at the WorldSkills Competition in Japan and continues to mentor young designers in this competition. She co-founded {reprograma}, a social initiative for women's empowerment in technology, which is a partner of Facebook's Estação Hack. In 2019, she was one of the winners of Oracle’s Groundbreaker Awards.
